La Salsa and the Texas Two-Step is the second in a series.
The La Salsa series is a set of books created for music education and music therapy. This picture book series aims to facilitate bilingualism through musical stories.
In the first book, La Salsa, Ignacio Iguana plays the drum and wishes to find some friends with which to play music. He finds three new friends along with some exciting new sounds, new instruments, and a song! The last page of the book contains both music education and nonmusical skills that may be targeted.
